• Secure Storage: All files are stored securely and accessible only to you, except for authorized VaultCtl administrators for compliance and moderation.
• No Spam: We never use your data for unsolicited communications or advertising.
• Content Review: We do not actively monitor all uploads but reserve the right to review content flagged for potential violations.

2. Terms of Service

By using VaultCtl, you agree to abide by these terms:

• You may upload legal content, including NSFW material, as long as it does not violate these terms.
• Prohibited content includes:
  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
  • Rape or non-consensual sexual content
  • Illegal violence or depictions of extreme harm
• Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination, and in some cases, reporting to law enforcement.
• You are responsible for the content you upload and for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. Liability

VaultCtl is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We strive for maximum uptime and security but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
It's always recommended to keep a backup of all content uploaded to VaultCTL, as we do not capture regular backups.

4. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notice.
